GENERAL INFORMATION:

When dealing with products made of natural earthen materials, slight variations and imperfections in color, sizing and general appearance will occur.

These variations have absolutely no influence on the strength and durability of any flower pot or container.

In many cases, these variations enhance the appearance of the individual pot or container.

Saucers made in Italy are not waterproof. It is also likely that a saucer marked water resistant or glazed to be waterproof will sweat.

We strongly urge you to advise your customers to use an additional barrier when using clay saucers.

Any condensation or leakage that occurs can cause damage.

Customers should also be advised that their clay pots and containers could be damaged by freezing temperatures.

Precautions should be taken to protect clay containers when temperatures approach freezing.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Normal terms for Washington Pottery Company are as follows: 2% - 10 days, net 30 days from date of invoice, on approval of credit. Terms are COD where credit has not been established. Unpaid late balances over 30 days will be charged 1.5% per month or 18% per year.

Special orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. NSF checks will be charged $20.00. All prices are subject to change without notice. Visa & Mastercard accepted.

FACTORY SECONDS:

We offer quality factory seconds at a 30% discount off of our wholesale catalog price for our regular wholesale accounts. Customer pick-up only.

PRE-PRICING:

All orders may be pre-priced for 5% of invoice total.

RETURNS:

Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from our office. A 10% restocking charge will be applied to all non-defective returned items. Special orders cannot be returned.

Our trained warehouse staff will package our products to assure arrival at your location undamaged. If there is a problem with your shipment, PLEASE REPORT ALL DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
